Method

Preparation of Charcuterie and Salumi

  1. 1

    Arrange Charcuterie

On a large wooden board or platter, layer the prosciutto, salami, and capicola in an alternating pattern. You can fold or roll the slices for a more decorative look.

Cheese Preparation

  1. 2

    Slice and Arrange Cheese

Cut the Manchego, Gorgonzola, and Fresh Mozzarella into bite-sized pieces or wedges. Arrange them on the board alongside the charcuterie.

Marinated Olives and Pickles

  1. 3

    Prepare Olives and Pickles

In a small bowl, mix the mixed olives, pickles, and stuffed cherry peppers. Serve them in a bowl or scatter them around the board for a colorful presentation.

Pizza Fritta Preparation

  1. 4

    Fry Pizza Fritta

Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Roll out the pizza dough into small circles (about 5 inches in diameter). Fry each piece until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Final Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Antipasti Board

Once all components are prepared, elegantly arrange the charcuterie, cheese, olives, pickles, and pizza fritta on the board. Serve with toothpicks and small plates for an inviting antipasti experience.
