Preparation
Wash the Fruits
Thoroughly rinse all fruits under cold running water to remove any dirt and pesticides.
Prepare the Strawberries
Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them in half if they are large.
Prepare the Blueberries
Leave the blueberries whole, as they are ready to eat. Set aside.
Prepare the Kiwi
Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds or half-moons, depending on your preference.
Prepare the Oranges
Peel the oranges and separate them into segments for easy serving.
Prepare the Grapes
Remove the grapes from their stems and rinse them. Leave them whole.
Prepare the Pineapple
Remove the skin and core of the pineapple, then cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the Apples
Wash the apples and slice them into wedges or rounds, removing the core.
Prepare the Melon
Cut the melon in half, scoop out the seeds, and slice it into cubes.
Assembly
Arrange the Fruits
On a large platter or board, artfully arrange the prepared fruits. Start with the larger pieces like pineapple and melon, then fill in with the smaller fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and grapes.
Garnish (Optional)
If desired, garnish the platter with fresh mint leaves or a sprinkle of lime juice for added flavor.
