Prepare the Marinade and Rub
In a small bowl, combine caraway seeds, ground coffee, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the beef sirloin. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare Huckleberry Aigre Doux
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine huckleberries and honey. Cook until the huckleberries break down and the mixture thickens slightly, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Skewer the Beef
Cut the marinated beef into 1-inch cubes and thread them onto skewers. Ensure to leave space between pieces for even cooking.

Serve
Remove the skewers from the grill. Serve hot with huckleberry aigre doux drizzled over the top, alongside the puffed wild rice and marinated hot peppers.
