Smoke the Eggs
Once cooled, peel the eggs and place them in a smoker for about 30 minutes to infuse them with a smoky flavor. If you don't have a smoker, you can use a stovetop smoker or smoke them over a grill with wood chips.
- 3
Make the Filling
In a bowl, combine the crème fraîche, horseradish sauce, and smoked chili flakes. Mix well until combined.
- 4
Assemble the Devil's Eggs
Slice the smoked eggs in half lengthwise and gently remove the yolks. Add the yolks to the crème fraîche mixture and mix until smooth. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
