Fried Chicken

Prepare Chicken
Marinate the boneless chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.

Dredge Chicken
In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece in the flour mixture.

Fry Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Jalapeno Slaw

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced jalapenos.

Make Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
Sriracha Mayo

Mix Mayo and Sriracha
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until well combined.
Assembly

Assemble Sandwiches
Spread Sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each Kaiser bun. Place a piece of fried chicken on top, followed by jalapeno slaw. Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
