Prepare the Dry Rub
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create the dry rub.

Season the Brisket
Pat the beef brisket dry with paper towels. Generously apply the dry rub all over the brisket, ensuring it is evenly coated. Wrap the brisket in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

In a bowl, combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.

Place the seasoned brisket in a roasting pan, fat side up. Pour the cooking liquid around the brisket (do not pour it directly on top). Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
