Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hash Browns

Cook the seasoned hash browns according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy.

  2. 2

    Cook the Wagyu Beef

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the wagyu beef patties with salt and pepper. Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to create a nice crust. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.

  3. 3

    Flip and Add Cheese

Flip the patties and immediately place a slice of cheddar cheese on top. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the beef is cooked to your liking.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, add a generous spoonful of bacon jam, followed by the cooked wagyu patty with melted cheese. Top with pickled veggies, tomato slices, and crispy hash browns. Close the burger with the top bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately with any additional sides or condiments of your choice.
