Method

Preparation of Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Marinate Chicken

In a bowl, combine the Montucky beer, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken tenderloins and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare Breading

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

  3. 3

    Dredge Chicken

Remove chicken from the marinade and let excess liquid drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

  4. 4

    Fry Chicken

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the coated chicken tenders and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Preparation of Sides

  1. 5

    Cook French Fries

Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions (usually baking or frying) until they are crispy and golden.

  2. 6

    Make Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix and mayonnaise. Toss until the vegetables are well-coated. Refrigerate until serving.

  3. 7

    Grill Sourdough Bread

Grill the slices of sourdough bread on a skillet or grill until lightly toasted and golden brown on both sides.
