Prepare the Glass
Start by taking a large wine or cocktail glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Jameson Orange whiskey, 2 oz of pineapple juice, and a splash of soda water. Shake gently to mix.

Assemble the Cocktail
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Slowly pour 3 oz of Prosecco on top to maintain the bubbles.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish the cocktail with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
