Prepare the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Chop the Vegetables
While the chicken is grilling, wash and chop the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Place them in a large salad bowl.

Slice the Avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Slice into thin pieces and set aside.
Make the Vinaigrette

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Salad

Add the sliced grilled chicken, avocado, and feta cheese to the salad bowl with the greens and vegetables. Drizzle with vinaigrette dressing.

Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.
