Preparing the Salad

Mix the Salad Base
In a large salad bowl, add the seasonal greens, sliced red onions, chopped tomatoes, and carrot sticks. Toss them together until well mixed.

Add Bleu Cheese
Sprinkle the bleu cheese crumbles over the salad mixture. Stir gently to incorporate without breaking the cheese.
Cooking the Chicken

Cook the Chicken
If using grilled chicken, grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. If using crispy chicken, fry the tenders according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy.

Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
Assembling the Salad

Place the sliced chicken on top of the mixed salad base.
