Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken breast fillets dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning stick better.

Season the Chicken
Rub the blackening seasoning evenly on both sides of the chicken fillets.

Prepare the Lettuce
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large salad bowl.

Top the chopped romaine with croutons, grated Parmesan cheese, and diced tomatoes.

Once the blackened chicken has rested, slice it into strips and place on top of the salad.
