Pork Rinds
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pork Skin
Cut the pork skin into small strips or bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 3
Fry the Pork Rinds
Carefully add the pork skin pieces to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot. Fry until they puff up and turn golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- 4
Drain the Rinds
Using a slotted spoon, remove the pork rinds from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 5
Season the Rinds
Immediately toss the hot pork rinds with the Super Spice seasoning while they're still warm.
- 6
Serve with Hot Honey
Drizzle hot honey over the seasoned pork rinds and serve immediately.
