Prepare the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix well.

Coat the Chicken
Add the chicken wings to the dry mixture and toss until they are evenly coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss the Chicken
In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken wings with the sweet and spicy gochujang sauce until well coated.

Serve the chicken topped with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
