Combine the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, and ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Pour and Garnish
Pour the blended Piña Colada into a chilled glass. Garnish with the fresh pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries on top. Sprinkle coconut flakes for an added touch.
