Preparation

1

Toast Coconut Flakes

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the coconut flakes evenly on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

2

Chill the Glass

While the coconut is toasting, chill your martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit for a few minutes. Empty the glass before serving.

Mixing the Drink

3

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Malibu Rum, 1 oz of Tito's Vodka, 1 oz of Coconut Cream, and 0.5 oz of Lime Juice.

4

Shake Well

Fill the shaker with ice, cover it, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Serving

5

Strain and Garnish

Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass. Top with the toasted coconut flakes and garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.

6

Serve

Enjoy your Toasted Coconut Martini immediately while it's cold!
