Method
Pizza Dough
Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Mix Ingredients
Add olive oil, salt, and all-purpose flour to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let it Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Roll Out the Dough
After the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Mix the Dip
In a bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
Blend Well
Stir all the ingredients together until well combined and creamy.
Assemble and Bake
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Add the Dip to the Pizza
Spread the buffalo chicken dip mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
Top with Cheese
Sprinkle additional shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the dip.
Bake the Pizza
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. If desired, top with chopped celery and fresh parsley for garnish.
