Ranch Dressing
Method
Preparing the Chicken Wings
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, add the chicken wings. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Add Hot Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Making the Ranch Dressing
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, dried dill, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 6
Mix Until Smooth
Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 7
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serving
- 8
Serve the Wings
Once the chicken wings are done and the ranch dressing has chilled, serve the wings hot with the ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
