Directions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding.
- 2
Shred the Chicken
Using two forks, shred the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
- 3
Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- 4
Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the buffalo chicken mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- 5
Top with Cheese
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the buffalo chicken dip.
- 6
Bake
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 7
Garnish and Serve
While the dip is baking, chop the green onions. Once the dip is ready, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the chopped green onions on top. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
