Preparation
Grilling the Octopus
1. Preparation
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for about 30 minutes until tender. Remove from water and let it cool.
2. Marinating
In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cut the cooled octopus into tentacles and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Dice the tomatoes and slice the red onion thinly.
5. Mix the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, red onion, fresh oregano, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
