Preparing the Octopus

    Clean and Boil Octopus

    Clean the octopus under running water. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the octopus and boil for about 30-40 minutes until tender. Remove and let it cool.

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cut the cooled octopus into tentacles and marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Preparing the Salad

    Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion. Crumble the feta cheese.

    In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, fresh oregano, and feta cheese. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grilling the Octopus
