Sorbet Ingredients

Method

Sorbet Preparation

  1. 1

    Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the diced dragon fruit, lychee, granulated sugar, lime juice, and water. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  2. 2

    Strain the Mixture

Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any pulp or fibers. Use a spatula to press the mixture through for maximum yield.

  3. 3

    Chill the Mixture

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.

  4. 4

    Freeze the Sorbet

Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

  5. 5

    Serve

Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and enjoy!
