Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Dredging Station
Set up a dredging station: Place the flour in one shallow dish, beat the eggs in another dish, and mix the bread crumbs with grated Parmesan cheese in a third dish.
Cooking
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- 4
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
Final Assembly

Spoon marinara sauce over each piece of chicken, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 6
