Prepare the Cream Mixture
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and the seeds scraped from the vanilla bean pod. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.

Bake
Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking dish. Fill the dish with hot water to reach halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 30-35 minutes, or until set. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Caramelize the Top
Before serving, sprinkle a thin layer of brown sugar over the top of each crème brûlée. Using a kitchen torch, carefully caramelize the sugar until it’s golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Coffee Mixture
Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool slightly. Stir in the orange liqueur.

Dip the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for about 1 second, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Ingredients
In a large dish, arrange half of the dipped ladyfingers in a single layer. Spread half of the mascarpone cheese over the ladyfingers, followed by half of the whipped cream. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone, and whipped cream.

Chill
Cover the tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
