Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Fettuccine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spinach fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Crab Mixture Preparation

  1. 2

    Sauté Garlic

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 3

    Add White Wine

Pour in the white wine, increase heat to medium-high, and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until reduced by half.

  3. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the crab meat, corn, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir gently to combine and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, allowing the crab to warm through.

Combine and Serve

  1. 5

    Mix Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked spinach fettuccine to the skillet with the crab mixture. Toss everything together gently to ensure the pasta is well-coated with the sauce.

  2. 6

    Serve

Divide the crab fettuccine among serving plates. Optionally, garnish with additional lemon wedges or fresh herbs. Enjoy!
