Method

Espresso & Double Espresso

  1. 1

    Prepare Espresso

Grind the espresso coffee beans finely and measure 18g. Use a coffee machine to brew with 30ml of water under pressure for approximately 25-30 seconds until you have a rich espresso shot.

Cappuccino

  1. 2

    Make Cappuccino

Start by brewing 1 shot of espresso. In a separate container, steam 100ml of milk until hot but not boiling. Froth 50ml of milk using a milk frother. Pour the espresso into a cup, add the steamed milk, and top with the foamed milk. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top before serving.

Café Latte

  1. 3

    Prepare Café Latte

Brew 1 shot of espresso. Steam 200ml of milk until it reaches a creamy texture. Pour the espresso into a cup, then add the steamed milk. Top with about 30ml of milk foam and serve.

Iced Coffee

  1. 4

    Make Iced Coffee

Brew 240ml of coffee using your preferred method and let it cool. In a glass, add 1 cup of ice cubes, pour the cooled coffee over the ice, and add 60ml of milk. Sweeten with sugar to taste and stir well before serving.

Freshly Brewed Coffee

  1. 5

    Brew Fresh Coffee

Measure 30g of coffee grounds and place them in your coffee maker or French press. Boil 500ml of water and let it cool slightly before pouring over the grounds. Allow it to brew for 4-5 minutes. Strain and serve hot.
