Collect all the ingredients as listed above to ensure you have everything ready to make the soothing tea.

  2. 2

    Measure Herbs

Measure 2 tablespoons of chamomile flowers, 1 tablespoon of lemon balm leaves, 1 tablespoon of lavender buds, and 1 tablespoon of peppermint leaves. Place them in a tea infuser or a teapot.

    Boil Water

In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

If desired, stir in 1 tablespoon of honey or 1 teaspoon of stevia into the brewed tea while it’s still warm.

  4. 6
