If using essential oil, mix it with the massage oil or lotion in a small bowl. Use a ratio of 2 tablespoons of essential oil per cup of massage oil.

Apply a generous amount of the prepared massage oil onto the client's back, ensuring even coverage.

Using the Heated Stones
Begin the massage by placing the heated basalt stones on key areas of the body, such as the spine, shoulder blades, and lower back. Allow them to rest for a few minutes.

Performing the Massage
Using your hands, gently massage the areas around the stones, blending the heat from the stones with your massage techniques. Move the stones around as needed.

Once the massage is complete, remove the stones and cover the client with a towel. Allow them to relax for a few minutes before getting up.
