Nail Soak

Prepare the Soak
In a bowl, combine 2 cups of warm water with 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt, stirring until dissolved.

Add Essential Oil
Add 5 drops of your chosen essential oil (lavender or tea tree) to the soak mixture.

Soak Nails
Soak your nails in the warm mixture for about 10-15 minutes to soften cuticles.

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of brown sugar with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix until a paste forms.

Add Essential Oil
If desired, add 3 drops of an essential oil for fragrance and mix again.

Exfoliate Nails
Gently scrub the mixture onto your nails and cuticles for about 5 minutes to remove dead skin and promote circulation.

In a double boiler, melt 1 cup of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of shea butter until fully liquefied.

Remove from heat and add 5 drops of your preferred essential oil (peppermint or eucalyptus) to the mixture, stirring well.

Allow the mixture to cool until it thickens slightly, then transfer to a jar for easy application. Use as needed to moisturize hands and nails.
