Mixing Essential Oils
In a small bowl, combine 5 drops of Longleaf Pine Essential Oil, 3 drops of Lavender Essential Oil, and 2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil.

Combining with Carrier Oils
Add 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil and 1 tablespoon of Jojoba Oil to the essential oil mixture. Stir well until fully blended.
Massage Technique

Warm the Oil
Gently heat the oil mixture in your hands by rubbing them together. This will create a comfortable temperature for the massage.

Applying the Oil
Using your fingertips, apply a small amount of the warm oil mixture to the scalp, neck, and shoulders, ensuring even coverage.

Massage the Scalp
Using your fingertips, gently massage the scalp in circular motions, starting from the front of the head and moving towards the back.

Neck and Shoulder Massage
Proceed to massage the neck and shoulders using the massage roller, applying gentle pressure and rolling it over tense areas.

Wrap a warm towel around the neck and shoulders for a few minutes to enhance relaxation and absorption of the oils.
