    Prepare the Lemongrass

    Trim the ends of the lemongrass stalks and crush them lightly with the back of a knife to release their flavor.

    Core the green apple and slice it into thin wedges or rounds for garnish.

Mixing the Tonic

    In a cocktail shaker, add the Cut Above Non-Alcoholic Gin and the crushed lemongrass. Shake gently to mix and infuse flavors.
