Artisanal Juices

Method

Juicing Process

  1. 1

    Juicing the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice. Collect the juice in a measuring cup until you have 4 cups.

  2. 2

    Juicing the Grapefruits

Cut the grapefruits in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice. Collect the juice in a measuring cup until you have 3 cups.

  3. 3

    Preparing the V8 Juice

Use store-bought V8 juice as is. Measure out 2 cups.

  4. 4

    Juicing the Tomatoes

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Blend them in a blender until smooth, then strain through a sieve to extract the juice. Collect until you have 4 cups.

  5. 5

    Juicing the Pineapple

Peel and core the pineapple. Cut into chunks and blend in a blender until smooth. Strain through a sieve to extract the juice until you have 3 cups.

  6. 6

    Juicing the Apples

Wash the apples, remove the cores, and cut into quarters. Blend the apples until smooth, then strain through a sieve to extract the juice. Collect until you have 4 cups.

  7. 7

    Mixing the Cranberry Juice

Pour 2 cups of cranberry juice into a large pitcher.

  8. 8
