House Made Chips

Method

Sandwich Assembly

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the sandwich ingredients: turkey, ham, bacon, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and bread.

  2. 2

    Toast the Bread

Toast the three slices of bread until they are lightly golden brown.

  3. 3

    Spread the Mayonnaise

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.

  4. 4

    Layer the Ingredients

On the first slice of bread, layer the turkey breast, followed by the lettuce and then a slice of tomato (sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices).

  5. 5

    Add More Layers

Place the second slice of bread on top of the first layer. On this slice, add the ham, bacon, and provolone cheese.

  6. 6

    Finish the Sandwich

Top it with the third slice of bread, mayonnaise side down. Press gently to hold everything together.

  7. 7

    Cut the Sandwich

Cut the sandwich diagonally into quarters for easy serving.

House Made Chips Preparation

  1. 8

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and slice the potatoes very thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife.

  2. 9

    Season the Chips

In a mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 10

    Bake the Chips

Spread the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the chips are golden and crispy.

  4. 11

    Cool the Chips

Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
