Preparation of Açaí Bowl

Blend the Base
In a blender, combine the frozen açaí puree, banana, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the blended açaí mixture into a bowl. Smooth the top with a spoon.
Adding Toppings

Add Granola
Sprinkle the granola evenly over the top of the blended açaí base.

Add Bee Pollen
Sprinkle the bee pollen on top of the granola for added nutrition.

Add Pomegranate Seeds
Scatter the pomegranate seeds over the bowl for a burst of color and flavor.

Slice and Add Blood Orange
Peel the blood orange, slice it into rounds or wedges, and arrange them on top of the bowl.

In a medium bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, and cocoa powder. Stir until well mixed.

Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
