Prepare the Cheese Mix
In a large bowl, combine the Chihuahua cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix well to ensure the cheeses are evenly combined.

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat, flipping occasionally until pliable, about 1-2 minutes.

Melt the Cheese
In an oven-safe skillet, combine the cooked chorizo and cheese mixture. Spread the cheese evenly over the chorizo. Place the skillet in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10-12 minutes.

Remove the skillet from the oven. Top the melted cheese with diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and sliced jalapeños. Season with salt to taste.
