Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Start by washing all the fruits thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Strawberries

Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them in half or quarters, depending on their size.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Blueberries

No preparation is needed for blueberries; simply rinse them and set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Kiwi

Peel the kiwi with a knife and slice it into rounds or half-moons.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Banana

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Pineapple

If using fresh pineapple, peel and core it, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. If using canned pineapple, drain the juice.

  7. 7

    Prepare the Grapes

Rinse the grapes and remove any stems.

Mixing

  1. 8

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, pineapple, and grapes.

  2. 9

    Add Honey

If desired, drizzle honey over the mixed fruits for added sweetness, and gently toss to combine.

Serving

  1. 10

    Serve the Fruit Cup

Spoon the mixed fruit into individual serving cups or bowls. Garnish with mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
