Preparation of Filling

Mix Chicken Filling
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, cumin powder, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Filling the Tortillas

Prepare Tortillas
Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until they are warm and pliable.

Fill Tortillas
Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture on one side of each tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and secure it with a toothpick if necessary.
Frying

Heat Oil
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Flautas
Carefully place the rolled tortillas into the hot oil, seam side down. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serving

Plate the Flautas
Arrange the fried flautas on a serving platter. Top with chili sauce, guacamole, sour cream, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
