Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the El Pintor Blanco Tequila, Por Siempre Sotol, Combier d’Orange, poblano pepper syrup, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice.
Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wheel and a slice of poblano pepper on the rim of the glass.
