BBQ Salmon Ingredients

Method

BBQ Salmon Directions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.

2

Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the salmon is well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F or 190°C to 230°C).

4

Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

5

Serve

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with your choice of sides.
