Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and cook for about 1-2 minutes until wilted. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop finely.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dip

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  3. 3

    Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly on top.

Pita Chips Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Pita Chips

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut each pita bread into triangles. Arrange them on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.

  2. 5

    Bake the Pita Chips

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the pita chips are golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
