Boom Boom Chicken Alfredo Recipe
A 6 oz. chicken breast, chargrilled and glazed with Boom Boom sauce then served on a generous portion of pasta in a creamy Alfredo.

Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Grill the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through and juices run clear.

Glaze with Boom Boom Sauce
During the last minute of cooking, brush the Boom Boom sauce over the chicken breast and allow it to caramelize slightly.

Rest the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
Add the heavy cream to the saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
