Pork Tenderloin

For Breaded Option

Method

Pork Tenderloin Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Pork

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Coat the pork tenderloin in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Chargrilling Option

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated pork tenderloin for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  3. 3

    Breaded Option

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Set up a breading station with all-purpose flour in one bowl, beaten egg in another, and breadcrumbs in a third. Coat the marinated pork tenderloin in flour, dip it in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

Slice the onion buns in half. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place sliced pork tenderloin on top and cover with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately with extra mayo on the side.
