Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Fettuccine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

While the pasta is cooking, preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.

  5. 5

    Serve

Divide the creamy fettuccine Alfredo among plates. Top with sliced grilled chicken and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
