Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the Romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted outer leaves. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess water. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
- 2
Add Caesar Dressing
Pour the Caesar dressing over the torn Romaine lettuce in the bowl. Use tongs or salad forks to gently toss the lettuce with the dressing until all the leaves are evenly coated.
Topping the Salad
- 3
Add Parmesan Cheese
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the dressed lettuce. Use a microplane or box grater for finer shavings if desired.
- 4
Add Croutons
Add the croutons on top of the salad. This will add crunch and texture.
- 5
Finish with Anchovies
Place the anchovy filets on top of the salad for a savory flavor. You can arrange them in a decorative manner or simply place them randomly.
