In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Dredge each shrimp in the mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.

Heat Oil
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Shrimp
Working in batches, carefully add the coated shrimp to the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Boom Boom Sauce Preparation

Mix Sauce Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the sauce and adjust salt and spice levels as needed, adding more Sriracha for extra heat if desired.
Combine and Serve

Toss Shrimp in Sauce
In a large bowl, add the fried shrimp and pour the Boom Boom sauce over them. Gently toss to ensure all shrimp are coated in the sauce.
