Method

For the Baked Brie

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brie

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.

  2. 2

    Season the Brie

Drizzle the honey over the top of the Brie. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle olive oil on top.

  3. 3

    Bake the Brie

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and golden brown.

For the House-Made Jam

  1. 4

    Prepare the Jam Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, combine fresh figs, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

  2. 5

    Cook the Jam

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture reaches a simmer and thickens, about 15-20 minutes.

  3. 6

    Cool the Jam

Remove from heat and let the jam cool before serving.

For the Toasted Baguette

  1. 7

    Slice the Baguette

Cut the baguette into 1/2 inch slices.

  2. 8

    Butter the Slices

Spread butter on one side of each slice.

  3. 9

    Toast the Baguette

Place the slices on a baking sheet, buttered side up, and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
