Directions
- 1
Prepare the Cedar Plank
Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour before grilling to prevent it from burning.
- 2
Marinate the Salmon
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Rub the marinade all over the salmon fillet. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 4
Grill the Salmon
Place the soaked cedar plank on the grill and close the lid. Heat the plank for about 3-5 minutes until it starts to crackle. Place the marinated salmon fillet on the cedar plank. Close the lid and grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve
Remove the cedar plank from the grill and let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve directly from the plank for a rustic presentation.
