Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Mix the Cream and Syrup
In a small bowl, combine the heavy cream and cinnamon syrup, mixing until well blended.

Pour the soda water over the ice in the glass.

Slowly add the cream and syrup mixture to the soda water. Stir gently to combine. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
