Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ham
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Place the ham on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan.
- 2
Make the Glaze
In a bowl, combine the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, black pepper, salt, and olive oil. Mix well until a paste forms.
- 3
Apply the Glaze
Spread the glaze evenly over the surface of the ham, making sure to get it into any scored areas.
- 4
Roast the Ham
Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
- 5
Finish and Serve
Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize. Once done, let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
