Cooking the Pasta

    Boil the Water

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

    Cook the Pasta

    Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Vegetables

    Sauté the Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add the Vegetables

    Stir in the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Making the Sauce

    Combine Ingredients

    Pour in the vegetable broth, and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.

    Add the Pasta

    Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine with the vegetables and sauce.

    Finish with Cheese

    Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and mix until well incorporated.

Serving

    Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh basil, and serve immediately.
